Air Dispatch CLC was founded in 2007 and is the world’s leading provider of centralised load control services. It currently has 247 employees at its operations centres in Prague, Ostrava and Warsaw. The company produces over 1.000,000 load-sheets a year- delivered across six continents. Its client portfolio includes Cathay Pacific, Finnair, SAS, WW, Qantas and Qatar Airways amongst others.

In 2013 Air Dispatch CLC became the first dedicated centralised load control provider in the world to receive IATA Safety Audit for Ground Operations (ISAGO) certification. In addition to its core load control expertise, the company also provides airline clients with other value-added support services including flight data warehousing and ULD (unit load device) tracking.

In 2016 Air Dispatch joined the dnata family – one of the largest suppliers of combined air services in the world offering aircraft ground handling, cargo, travel, and flight catering services across six continents.
