TravelSky’s Departure Control System has many functionalities and products ranging from flight management, passenger and baggage operation to airport intelligence and government security. It has been deployed in nearly 200 Chinese cities and 80 airports outside of China.

Flight Management

Providing the ability to control the flight data including schedule creation, aircraft configuration, seat map adjustment, as well as load planning. All of the above functions can be done onsite or centrally.

Passenger Operation

Processing the passenger record including passenger check-in, group check-in, seat assignment, standby, re-accommodation and boarding control. The system is presented in multiple forms of web, mobile, kiosk, self-service and workstation application.

Baggage Operation

Handling the baggage process including excess baggage service, BSM and BPM processing, baggage tracking and reconciliation. The excess baggage service is integrated with passenger operation module. BSM and BPM processing is used for data interface in connection with the airport’s system and airline’s host. Baggage tracking and reconciliation are stand alone applications.

Airports Intelligence

Integrating various data sources, exchanging messages according to each system’s demand and advancing the process of operation and decision. The messages include flights, passengers, baggage etc. Decision makers can view various kinds of information and get great support by using the central operation database; even in portable devices.

Government Security

Satisfying customs’ or other control authorities’ security requirements in different countries; such as advanced passenger information (API) and secure flight information. We deal with nearly one thousand international flights per day and deliver such information to specified systems timely.
