NAIS FIDS

Flight Information Display System, hereinafter referred as FIDS component, serves a number of requirements for visual informing passengers, airport visitors and airport employees on the current traffic situation at the airport.

The information is dependent on air traffic ( departures – arrivals ), passenger traffic ( checkin, gate ) and schedule incoming baggage.

One piece of information is related to passenger information with security measures , informations of the carrier or the airport itself and for marketing purposes.

FIDS module consists of two parts, the control section setting out the information to be displayed on the screens and screens that displays information.

The Flight Information Display System is fully integrated and automated module, based on the Central Data Base System, and capable of displaying different kinds of information on:

• Staff monitors
• Check-In monitors
• Gate monitors
• Baggage claim monitors
• Other display screens
