Wasp DR4 2D Android Mobile Computer

The Wasp DR4 2D’s user interface features a 4.7 inch Gorilla Glass 3 touchscreen with 7H hardness to prevent it from scratching, and sunlight-readable capability which allows it to be use outdoors without draining the battery. The integrated 2D scan engine allows for scanning multiple symbologies in both 1D and 2D barcodes including QR codes and GS1 Databar linear barcodes. The unit’s LED and vibrator indicators make for easy-to-recognize alerts during use.

Offered with Android Nougat operating system, the DR4 2D is powered by an advanced 64-bit octa-core CPU (2GHz) with 3GB RAM and 32GB ROM, and a 2GB of ROM independent partition to allow stable processes and flexible programs installation. Its internal components are protected by a ruggedized housing that is sealed against moisture and dust (IP65 particulate and water sealant rating), and capable of resisting multiple 5 feet drops to concrete.

Wasp DR4 2D common uses include: retail, office, healthcare, warehouse management, shipping & receiving, supply and tool rooms, and asset tracking & inventory management.

The DR4 2D includes a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty covering material defects. Manufacturer warranties can be extended and upgraded to cover accidental breakage with the purchase of an optional WaspProtect extended service plan.
