ICM Series-1 Type-2 Self Bag Drop
Auto Bag Drop Retrofit Solutions
ICM’s Series 1 and 3 ranges are retrofitted into existing check-in infrastructure, providing flexibility to airports and airlines, with the option to also choose additional devices for a more secure process. ICM’s retrofit solutions enable assisted self-service operations, whereby passengers are in control of the process, with customer service agents nearby to ensure safety and security and passenger assistance when needed.
This is a more affordable range of bag drop solutions, minimizing the amount of disruption to the terminal. Series 3 can incorporate additional detection devices for a more secured process.
The Premium Retrofit Self-Service Bag Drop
The Series 1 Type 2 is the premium retrofit bag drop solution – with an integrated console design for optional features such as biometric verification, passport validation, payment terminal, disability navigation panel amongst many others. Each unit is fitted with printers and a hand-held scanner, enabling passenger-operated bag tag scanning. The unit is mounted to the front of the existing check-in desks, interfacing with the existing conveyors and weigh scales, with the built-in ability to switch from self-service to agent mode
