The Avtra Weight and Balance module is a comprehensive tool for precise load distribution and management, both in terms of planning as well as loadsheet preparation. This user-friendly weight and balance solution, which has been designed with the direct input of load control and ground handling teams at major airlines, allows for quick, easy and error-free load distribution. The fully graphical-user-interface-based module leverages real-time information on passenger numbers and baggage from check-in data, enabling load controllers to perfectly balance aircraft. It provides efficient load distribution for every aircraft (both narrowbody and widebody), ensuring safe and fuel efficient flights for all types of airlines.

As with the rest of Avtra DCS, the module is browser-based and could be accessed via the internet from any station via any device without the need for any additional software. The fact that the module is graphical ensures shorter training cycles while visualisations aid in increased clarity for load controllers, leading to speedy load distribution and thus enhancing on-time performance.

The module is part of Avtra’s DCS but can also come as a standalone system while the complete setup and maintenance data – including aircraft manual handling (AHM data), can be comprehensively managed by ground handlers themselves in the system with next to no involvement from Avtra.
