It optimizes load distribution to achieve the best center of gravity, maximizing aircraft-fuel efficiency. The application performs all essential calculations to generate IATA- and airline-compliant loading instructions and load sheets.

Chat functionalities and accurate EZFW predictions for improved aircraft turnaround performance

NetLine/Load optimizes the aircraft turnaround and on-time performance by improving the load planning and loading process. There are two essential components of the application:

Built-in chat functionality facilitates short-term communication. Stakeholders exchange real-time information and avoid delays.

Based on historical passenger, baggage and cargo data, NetLine/Load features an accurate forecast of the EZFW (Estimated Zero Fuel Weight). Thanks to this forecast, the required fuel quantity can be determined in flight planning systems such as Lido Flight and other 3rd party systems, avoiding delays caused by refueling shortly before departure.

Flexible workshare, user-group and business-specific modules enable information exchange

With flexible work sharing, airlines create user-specific workflows. NetLine/Load supports mobile devices, integrating ramp agents and cockpit crews during the load process. The system consists of the core application and four add-on modules:

NetLine/Load RampMobile

Fulfills all Ramp Agent’s requirements and simplifies the load control workflow on mobile devices. The ramp agent can update weight and balance data and confirm the loading straight from the apron.

NetLine/Load CockpitMobile

Ensures that cockpit, ramp and load controllers work together seamlessly. Pilots can edit fuel and load figures, request and confirm load documents and chat with all load control parties. They even could become fully responsible for the load control process.

NetLine/Load ShiftManager

Organizes the rostering of Load Controllers by Shift Managers in a load control center. Due to monitoring options, supervisors and shift managers are up to date on their airline’s global operations.

NetLine/Load FreighterModule

Executes all structural checks for cargo aircraft. The user interface supports drag-and-drop pallet and container planning on main deck and displays specified combined load check zones

NetLine/Load’s DNA is the ‘Management by Exception’ concept, meaning that manual user interaction is only necessary in case the regular process is disturbed, e.g. sending safety alerts due to outstanding actions or in case checks are not passed.
