The API-PNR France system collects commercial personal data provided by air carriers (both PNR and API data). These data are processed automatically with the aim of prevention and fight against illegal activities such as terrorism, serious crimes and attempts to the fundamental interests of the Nation, in accordance with national law and for the implementation of the EU Directive n°2016/681 dated 27/04/2016, related to the use of PNR Data for the flight against terrorism and serious crime.
